Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Licensing Requirements 

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Complete my state-approved 63-hour course and pass the course final exam
• Submit electronic fingerprints through a service provider registered with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) as part of a background check
• Fill out the state license application with DBPR
• Take and pass the State Exam

FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE PRE-LICENSING COURSE

This 63-hour sales associate pre-licensing course is the first step toward a Florida real estate career! Within approximately 1 month you will have completed your pre-licensing class and be ready to begin your New Career!  I personally teach LIVE, LOCAL IN-PERSON classes. Zoom hybrid available.

Next class is slated for August 2026
